At JUMBOM, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below. Please read this page carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
To complete your return request, proof of purchase such as your order number or confirmation email is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at jiushan77187@gmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any additional steps required.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in special circumstances.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and product issue information.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
